Materials and Technologies
In the manufacturing and construction of our playgrounds, we use natural materials—wood, metal, woodchips, sand, and pebbles—which decompose naturally in the environment without causing harm. All materials are fully certified.
Oak
Oak is used when the design calls for a tree with a complex, whimsical geometric shape. The oak for our playgrounds is sourced from the Kursk region. The timber undergoes debarking and drying, followed by treatment with fire-retardant and wood-preservative coatings, as well as a final oil finish. We offer a 10-year warranty on the wooden components of our products.
Metal parts
Metal elements serve as frames for wooden components, as support posts, and as standalone architectural features. They are manufactured at the facilities of our regional partners in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazan. During the production of these structural metal elements, our engineers visit the manufacturing sites and are always present for the trial assembly. The finished structures undergo sandblasting, followed by a polyurethane or powder coating. For the metal frameworks of our playgrounds, we often choose gray, as it does not distract from the natural tones of the unpainted elements. Upon the client's request, custom painting in any color from the RAL color chart is available. We provide a 20-year warranty on the metal components of our products.
Ropes
Our playgrounds feature vandal-resistant, six-strand composite ropes made of UV-resistant polypropylene yarns with a steel core. These ropes cannot be cut without the use of specialized power tools.
Grids
Nets made from parachute cords are woven according to our patterns in the city of Ivanovo, which is renowned nationwide for its textile industry.
larch
We use larch for our linear structures. Larch is a tall, straight, strong, and resilient timber. It is resistant to frost and other environmental factors; among the trees of Northern European forests, it is second only to oak in density. The larch used for our playgrounds is harvested and processed in the Sverdlovsk region. The timber undergoes an initial process of debarking and drying, followed by the application of fire-retardant and bioprotective treatments, as well as a finishing oil coating. We offer a 10-year warranty on the wooden components of our products.
